WORK WITH US

Want to work with Studio Silva but not sure where to start? If you're after an invitation quote please fill out an enquiry form here, or if you're after graphic design services please email hello@studiosilva.com.au

When should I order my invitations?
Ideally invitations should be ordered at least 6 months before the wedding date. This is the perfect amount of time for design, revisions, production and delivery as everything is custom made. Turnaround is approx. 2-3 months but please get in contact if you require your invitations sooner.

Do you offer a design service Australia wide?
Yes, we offer a very streamlined process via email and/or phone to clients Australia wide.

How many changes can be made during the design process?
Two rounds of revisions are included so please ensure that your brief is clear and that all changes required are collated and provided at the same time. Any further changes are charged for accordingly.

Okay I'm happy with the quote, now what?
Once you’re happy with the quote and ready to place an order, an invoice is prepared with payment details. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and begin the design process with the balance due prior to printing and dispatch.

Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, however international shipping will need to be calculated. Please email hello@studiosilva.com.au for international orders.

Do you offer face-to-face consultations?
Yes, you can book a consultation after a quote is received. This helps give you an idea of pricing and then if you decide to make an appointment, any questions you may have can be clarified during the consultation. One consultation is offered prior to placing an order and then another consultation can be made to further discuss designs if required. Alternatively, we offer a very streamlined process via email and/or phone to clients Australia wide.

Do you offer samples?
Yes, you can purchase a sample pack here. If you decide to place an invitation order then the amount is deducted from your invoice.

How do I come up with a budget?
When requesting a quote it's a really great idea to have a budget in mind. This is really helpful when quoting because it allows an accurate and realistic proposal to be created for you. Here is a quick guide based on the most common requests for 50 invitation sets...

Foiling: For a foiled invitation suite, it's a great idea to reserve foiling for the main invitation only and use a standard print for the other items like the RSVP and wishing well. If you're after foiling, your budget should be around $1000-1500.

Letterpress: For a letterpress printed invitation suite, it's a great idea to reserve letterpress for the main invitation only and use a standard print for the other items like the RSVP and wishing well. If you're after letterpress, your budget should be around $2000-2500.

Standard printing: Standard printing is the most economical option if you're on a strict budget. Standard printed invitations sets start from $500.
